Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges - Anything Goes
Hello and Happy Wednesday! This month is flying by and today begins the last challenge for the month at Penny's Challenges. We have 2 awesome sponsors this challenge: Doctor Digi House of Stamps and LeAnn's World. I was fortunate enough to use LeAnn's Party Time digital stamp for my design team project.
The drawing is so details that I decided to keep this 5" square card simple in the way of embellishments and layers. I did pop the focal image up on foam pads and colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. There was a lot to color; I took my time and enjoyed the process and before I knew it, this cute Birthday Card was complete.
Please join us this round at Penny's Challenges, we would love to see you there and until next time, Happy Crafting!

Hello Everyone, today begins a new 2 week challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges. Our sponsor for this challenge is the fun Bugaboo Stamps and the theme is Anything Goes.
I had a great time coloring up the Stella's Valentine's Day Frame. This is such a fun image and very easy to color; which is what's so appealing about Bugaboo's stamps.

I had a great time coloring up the Stella's Valentine's Day Frame. This is such a fun image and very easy to color; which is what's so appealing about Bugaboo's stamps.
This card reminds me of my son, who loves to go to Walgreen after holidays to pick up the markdown sweets.
This card measures 5" square and I kept it simple so the Frame-It would be the highlight of the card. Stella just cracks me up! I used Glossy Accents on the lenses of her glasses for a bit of dimension and along with Wink of Stella Clear on the hearts.
We hope you'll join us this round at Penny's challenges; we look forward to seeing you. Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Hello Everyone and Happy Wednesday. Today begins a new challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and also a new schedule for the challenge itself. Starting with this challenge, the challenge schedule is now every 2 weeks instead of weekly.
Our sponsor for this round is the lovely Pattie's Creations. I used her image Fondant Cake for my design team project, creating a pretty Birthday Card for my stash.
This card measures the standard A2 (4.25" x 5.5"). The designer papers are from a Simple Stories paper stack. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and fussy cut the image. I die cut some balloons out of scraps, added some clear sequins and called this card complete.
Please stop in a join us for the challenge at Penny's. You now have 2 weeks to complete your projects and enter for your chance to win some of Pattie's Creations.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Hello and Happy Wednesday! I hope your holiday preparations are going smoothly, we only have 14 more Sleeps until Father Christmas comes!
Today starts a new challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and our sponsor this week is the cute and quirky OddBall Art. For my design team project this week I've had the pleasure of working with the adorable image Chilly Willy. I'm still working on Christmas Cards so I was so happy to color him up with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers for one of my last cards this season.
This card measures the standard A2 (4.25" x 5.5"), I cut some snowflakes out of silver mirror card for accents and heat embossed the sentiment with Ranger Gold Embossing Powder. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn and the designer papers are from The Paper Studio 12"x12" paper stack titled Ornamental Christmas. For the final touch, I added some clear Ranger Stickles on his hat tie and his scarf.
Please visit us this week at Penny's and share your creation for a chance to win some images from OddBall Art. The team and I hope to inspire you with our projects and to be inspired by yours.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges #459
Hello! It's time for another challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge Blog and the sponsor this round is All Dressed Up Stamps. I had the pleasure of using the sweet digital stamp Cupcake for my design team project:
I kept the card simple, for me anyway, due to the rush of Thanksgiving and decorating the home for Christmas this past week and weekend. It was nice to sit down with my alcohol markers and color...so relaxing.
I took some liberties in adding some of my own design elements to the original drawing. I also tried to limit the color palette to just 4 main colors.
Please join us this week over at Penny's for a chance to win some awesome digital images from our Sponsor All Dressed Up Stamps.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Hello and Happy Tuesday; the last Tuesday of the month. I would like to wish all of my US followers a Happy Thanksgiving!
We're ready for another round at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and the sponsor this week is Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. I've re-visited one of the Doctor's fun images Biffo the Clown. He looks like he's totally run down putting up with all those kiddies and balloon animals! This image just makes me laugh. I hope you enjoy the card and please visit us at Penny's this week for another fun challenge.

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges #457
Hello and Happy Wednesday! It's time for another challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges. This round we have 2 wonderful sponsors: Sheepski Designs and Bugaboo Stamps.
For my design team project, I had the pleasure of using Sheepski Designs sweet image titled Catch. Two little penguins floating on ice and playing Catch with a Snowball.
This card measures the standard A2 (4.25" x 5.5"). I masked off the images and inked the background with Distress Oxide inks. I used Glossy Accents on the snowball and the penguins cool shades. In hindsight, I would not have doodled along the top and bottom edge as I'm not liking it. These are such adorable, chubby little penguins and I love them!
Please join us this week at Penny's and enter for your chance to win some fabulous images from our sponsors.
Also, I would like to remind everyone of the challenge at The Paper Funday Challenges. It's a monthly challenge for all things Paper.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges #456
Hello Everyone, it's time for another challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge Blog. The theme this round is Anything Goes and our sponsor is the adorable Digi Doodle Studios. For my design team project, I had the pleasure of creating my card with the so sweet image Santa's Eve.
My card measures 6"x 6" and I've used Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers for the coloring. The designer papers are 12"x 12" individual sheets I picked up at Hobby Lobby (they have some great loose papers for a very reasonable price). I added some Wink of Stella to Santa's white trim, mustache and beard along with the bows on the prezzies and the Teddy. A ribbon, bow and card candy to finish the design. I'm happy with him and just love his Pink nose!

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges #455
Hello everyone! After a hiatus from Design Team participation, I'm back to share my DT project for the current challenge at Penny's. The sponsor for this challenge is the fabulous Cute As A Button Stamps and I've had the pleasure of creating with this sweet Holiday Image Reindeer Ears.
I decided to keep it simple yet effective and it's been awhile since I've colored with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. I dusted them off and got lost in the fun of coloring (I'd forgotten how fun it is) and this sweet little guy came out great. I accented the piece with sequins and my Sakura Gelli Roll Glitter pen. This card measures the standard A2 (4.25" x 5.5").
We hope you'll join us at Penny's this week, we look forward to seeing your creations. It's good to be back and crafting again!

Hi, I'm back with another challenge for today. This time, it's a new one at Penny's Challenges and the sponsors for this week are Hetty Clare and The Paper Shelter.
For my design team project, I've used this sweet image from Hetty Clare named Summer Picnic. It's so adorable, I just love the ducks!

I kept this 5" square card fairly simple, only adding some Wink of Stella for sparkle. I mounted the focal image straight to the card base. Just a lovely Spring/Summer image.

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges - Tea Trolley Dolly
Hello, I hope you're all well. Today starts a new challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and the sponsor this week is the awesome and fun Dr. Digi's House of Stamps.
For my design team project, I created an A2 sized, landscape orientated card using the fun Tea Trolley Dolly. This lady reminds me of a Tea Trolley Attendant one might see on the British Comedy Are You Being Served. If you haven't seen this series, you must check it out - it's hilarious and quite campy!
I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers and used Distress Oxide ink in the shade Seedless Preserves to highlight the edges. The sentiment was one I had in my stash.
Please join us this week at Penny's Challenges, my design team sisters and I hope to inspire you with our Dr. Digi creations.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!

Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges - Daffodils Circle Scroll
Today starts a new challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges and the sponsor for this weeks is the sweet Pattie's Creations.
For my design team project, I had the pleasure of using the Daffodils Circle Scroll from Pattie's Creations.
With all the cold weather everyone has been experiencing, even here in Florida, it was nice to create a card with a bright and warm feel. This is a lovely image and very versatile which made creating this card very easy. This card measures 5" square and the image was easy to color up with my Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. After stamping a sentiment inside the frame and adding a few sequins for bling, the only thing left was to add a ribbon and pop up the focal image on foam pads. All done!
Please join in this week at Penny's Challenges and we hope you will be inspired to create along with us.
Until next time, Happy Crafting!
